BEILE, a soci\u00e9t\u00e9 par actions simplifi\u00e9e (simplified joint stock company) with share capital of \u20ac1,000.00, whose registered office is located at 2 cours de Vincennes - 75012 PARIS, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 901 714 584 (hereinafter referred to as \"BEILE\"), offers as Agent, on its website www.beile.fr (hereinafter referred to as the \"Site\"), an online sales area enabling buyers (hereinafter referred to as \"Buyers\") to purchase works of art (hereinafter referred to as the \"Works\") offered at a fixed price.<\/p>

The website is therefore the showcase of works of art by artists including BEILE to the management.
Sales made by Buyers are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d).<\/p>

The Buyer must take note of the terms and conditions and expressly accept them in order to make a purchase. By subscribing to this agreement, the Buyer expressly acknowledges that it has read the Terms and Conditions and that it accepts all the terms thereof without reservation.<\/p>

In accordance with the provisions of article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code, the Buyer has the right to print and keep a copy of these General Terms and Conditions in PDF format on the day of their acceptance and to access them at any time by means of a hypertext link on the website\u00a0http:\/\/www.<\/strong>beile.fr<\/a><\/p>

1. Conclusion of the sales contract\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Will be considered as \u00abBuyer\u00bb, any natural person who acts for purposes that are not part of his professional activity, and who wishes to buy a Work proposed for sale by BEILE on the website.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Any work of art presented on the website with a description will be considered \u201cWork\u201d and will enable the Buyer to know its essential characteristics (authors, titles, dimensions, support, etc.) as well as its price and availability.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, all Works marked as \u00abreserved\u00bb will be considered not available for sale.<\/p>\n

- The Buyer selects the Work(s) he wishes to purchase. It confirms its choice, takes note of and accepts these Terms of Use by a click of validation. They can opt for payment by credit card or bank transfer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

- As soon as his order is taken into account by BEILE, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email on the email address he has previously filled in.\u00a0<\/p>\n

- In case of unavailability of the work or in case of non-receipt of the payment by BEILE, the contract of sale concluded may be resolved.<\/p>\n

Indeed, each of the parties will be released from their obligations, in the absence of confirmation of the availability of the Work, or non-receipt of payment by BEILE within 4 business days from the date of validation of the order. The Buyer\u2019s bank account will not be debited.<\/p>\n

- An email will be sent to the Buyer to inform him of the availability or not of the Work.<\/p>\n

- In case of confirmation of the availability of the Work, BEILE undertakes to deliver the Work to the address indicated by the Buyer or to make it available at the BEILE point of sale indicated in article 4 hereof.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, BEILE cannot be held responsible for the poor performance of its Obligations in the following cases :<\/p>\n
