1939 black and white Ottokar's Sceptre First Edition, 4th plate A7, red cloth spine, dark blue endpapers, Printed in Belgium.

The sides are bright with a pronounced patina on the 4th side.
(Lack of paper at the top of the bottom corner).
The red fabric back is very regular.
The caps are beautiful, restored.
(Renforcé avec du tissu d’origine).
The corners are squared, lightly rubbed.
The notebook is perfectly welded.
The inner pages are in good condition.
(The second cover page has been strengthened in the binding).
The inner pages are in excellent white condition, without tears.
(Infinitely crumpled in places).

Note some traces in the binding of the 4 inserts.

A superb original edition, with some retouching.
