WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY RATES ?
The calculation of delivery costs depends on the products and the quantity you choose.
Postage and packing FRANCE METROPOLITAINE: €20
Shipping costs IN EUROPE: €25
INTERNATIONAL express delivery charge: €55
Shipping costs to the rest OF THE WORLD: €35
These basic prices include packaging, handling, insurance and postage.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
When you confirm your order online, a confirmation email is sent to you. Please check that the information is correct. If you made a mistake, you have 24 hours to make a change by email to contact@beile.fr
When your order has been delivered to our carrier you will receive a second email to inform you.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME FOR MY ORDER ?
The payment of your order allows its validation. When your order is validated, a period of 1 to 3 working days is required before it is shipped. You will be notified by email when your order has been delivered to our carrier.
Therefore, 3 working days are required for a shipment in Metropolitan France and 3 to 8 days for a shipment in the rest of the world*.

I'M DISAPPOINTED WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First of all, I'm sorry if you're not happy with your order, but that can happen. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Send your request by email to contact@beile.fr describing your request.
A reply will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible to inform you of the procedure to follow and the address to send your order to.
Please note that returns will be accepted if the item is in the same condition as when it was sent. The return costs will be at our charge.
MY PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR NOT DELIVERED. WHAT TO DO ?
If your parcel is damaged on receipt, send an e-mail to contact@beile.fr with photos of the parcel received to justify receipt. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the dispatch email, contact contact@beile.fr to carry out a search. If your parcel has been lost, beile.fr will reimburse you.
